On November 4, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to a delegation of the People's Republic of China led by H.E. Mrs. Wu Guixian, former Deputy Prime Minister, and a delegation of the Khmer Royal Charity Foundation introduced by HRH Samdech Norodom Arunrasmey.
