On September 27, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni presided over the 15th Session of the Supreme Council of Magistracy during which were discussed the appointment of new members to the SCM, the transfer of the General Attorney of Kratie to the Royal School of Magistracy and the posponment of the retirement of a few magistrate.
