On September 10, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to Dr. Beat Richner, Director of the Kantha Bopha pediatric Hospital accompanied by Mr. Denis Laurent. On this occasion Dr. Richner asked the King to give him the honor to inaugurate the Kantha Bopha 5 hospital on December 28, 2007.
