On September 4, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to the Mind And Body Development Support System NGO represented by a 10 persons delegation led by Pr. Tsukakushi Katsuya and Mr. Nakanokoji, Chairman of the NGO. The NGO provides psychological support to vulnerable people suffering from various handicapping diseases.
