On August 30, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to H.E. Oknha Ing Ienglim and his daughter, Cambodians living in Long Beach, California, USA. On this occasion, H.E. Oknha Ing Ienglim offered 10 tons of rice to His Majesty for His humanitarian activities.
