On August 28, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to Mrs. Sabine Charrat, a dance professor from Paris, accompanied by her daughter. Mrs. Charrat came to Cambodia in order to pay her respect to His Majesty and to find out about the possibilities for her association to help the orphans of Cambodia and more precisely the poorest among them in Kompong Speu province.
