On August 9, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to the International Cooperation for Social Development and Women Association represented by a three persons delegation led by its Chairwoman, Mrs. Lach Phannara. His Majesty the King expressed His support to the activities of the Association and offered a royal contribution of 1,000 US dollars.
