On wenesday morning 22nd February 2015, in the Laigka Pagoda of Phnom Penh City, HM the King Norodom Sihamoni and HM the Queen Mother Norodom Monineat Sihanouk, presided over a Buddhist Memorial Service « Sanga Tean-Veraphoatt », in tribute to His Late Highness the Prince Sisowath Chittara, passed away in 20th February evening of a heart attack
