In the afternoon of March 24th 2015, with the highest authorization of H.M. the king Norodom Sihamoni and H.M. the Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, the CPP Central Youth’s Delegation, led by H.E. Mr. Keov Bunkheng, as President and H.E. Mr. Hun Manet, as vice President, came to pay respects to their Majesties at the Royal Residence in Beijing, People Republic of China.
