A new Psychiatric Building of the Intercultural Organization in the Sangkatt Phnom Penh Thmey, Khand Sensok, Phnom Penh Capital City, was inaugurated under the very High Presidency of H.M. the King Norodom Sihamoni on February 21ts 2015.
