On 23rd February 2012 in the Throne Hall, HM the King received Credentials from H.E. H.E. Dherar Naser Ebrahim Al-Najran Al-Tuwaijri accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
