On March 10, 2011 HM the King welcomed at Khemarin Palace Princess Sisowath Phuong Nara and a delegation of khmer women whose members were local and compatriots from abroad working in agricultural, economic and social development and cultural field, together with APSARA Association and Kauk Thlork artistic association. Princesse Sisowath Phuong Nara presented the King with Best wishes and flowers, and documents on DVD. HM the King handed over traditional crafts and pins of the 55th Anniversary of National Independence to the delegation.
