On 7 March 2011 at Serey Monkol Palace, HM the King welcomed a Cambodian Women delegation led by Minister of Women’s Affairs Mrs. Ing Kanthaphavy. The 78 member of the delegation came from high ranking officials of the Ministry of Women’ s Affairs, members of Council and vice-Governors of Phnom Penh city and of other provinces . Mrs. Ing Kanthaphavy related for HM the King important achievements in living condition, the rights and women’s role in gender policy. On this occasion HM the King gave to the Women’s delegation HM King-Father and HM Queen-Mother portraits in crystal.
