On 30 January 2009 in Khemarin Palace , H.M. the King presided over a session of the Supreme Council of Magistracy in His capacity as President of this institution . On the agenda: 1- Examination and adoption of the election of Mr.Yet Charya as prosecutor to the magistrate’s office in capital Phnom Penh. 2- Examination and adoption of a proposal on the appointment of a new international lawyer to the Extraordinary Chamber of the Court of Cambodia.
