On June 26, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to a delagation composed of members of the Cambodian Embassy in Hanoi and of Khmer students led by H.E. Mr. Van Phal, Ambassador of Cambodia to Vietnam, at Melia Hotel.
