On June 24, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni and the Royal Delegation werewelcomed at the Noi Bai International Airport by H.E. Mr. Nguyen Van Chien, Director of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang, Ambassador of Vietnam to Cambodia and H.E. Mr. Vann Phal, Ambassador of Cambodia to Vietnam. His Majesty and the Royal Delegation were afterwards escorted to theMelia Hanoi Hotel.
