On June 23, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to Mr. Robert Malengreau, General Manager of the Internation Independent Film Festival of Brussels, and to his delegation who came to present His Majesty King-Father Norodom Sihanouk with the Festival's Lifetime Award for His whole cinematographic achievements.
