On June 24, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni went to Phnom Penh International Airport where Samdech Akka Mohathammpothisal Chea Sim, President of the Sénate, Samdech Akka Moha Ponheachakrey Heng Samrin, President of the National Assembly, et Samdech Akka Mohasenapadey Decho Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Royal Government, les members of the Sénate, of the National Assembly, of the Royal Government and of the Diplomatic Corpse came to pay their hommages upon His departure on a State Visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the invitation of its President, H.E. Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet.
