On February 26, 2007 at 11:00 am, His Majesty the King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience at Khemarin Palace to HRH Prince Sisowath Sirirath, accompanied by a delegation of the Japanese students of the Universities Sophia, Kanagawa, Keio and the professors (25persons), who offered 10 tons of rice for the humanitarian activities of His Majesty.
