On February 20, 2007 at 17:00 pm, His Majesty the King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience at Khemarin Palace to a delegation of PHYATHAI hospital led by Mr. Wichai Thong Tong, accompanied by H.E. Mr. Chea Thea, Assistant of Samdech Chea Sim, Chairman of the Senate and H.E. Mrs. Pheng Kunthea Borey, Director of Protocol of the Chairman of the Senate, who offered 20 tons pf rice for the humanitarian activities of His Majesty.
