On February 14, 2007 at 11:00 am, His Majesty the King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience at Khemarin Palace to H.E. Mr. Im Suorsdey, President of National Election Committee, accompanied by H.E. Mrs Sin Chumbo, Vice-President and the 9 Members of the National Election Committee in order to report to His Majesty the preparation for the 2nd mandate of the commune election.
