Samdech Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia, accompanied by the high ranking members of the Royal Government, H.E. Mr. Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, H.E. Mr. Sok An, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Council of Minister, H.E. Mr. Keo Puth Reasmey, Deputy Prime Minister, H.E. Mr. Lu Lay Sreng, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Rural Development , H.E. Mr. Tea Banh, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense, H.E. Mr. Hor Nam Hong, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Mr. Nhek Bun Chhay, Deputy Prime Minister, H.E.
