In the morning of November 2015, HM King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia presided over the inaugural ceremony of the 62nd Anniversary of the National Independence Day, at the Independence Monument. On November 9th 1953, an exceptional date for Cambodian History, where the Goal of the Royal Crusade against the French Colonialism led by His Late Majesty the King Father Norodom Sihanouk was accomplished in a Historic Glorious way.
