On 31th October morning, 2015, a special Memorial Service was celebrated at Silver Pagoda to commemorate His Late Majesty the King Father Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia’s birthday. HM King Norodom Sihamoni and HM Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk observed the buddhist ritual of « sangatean » and « dak bat ».
