Among the guests, National Assembly President Samdech Heng Samrin, Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen and his Spouse Samdech Ketty Prith Bandith Bun Rany Hun Sen, Deputy Prime minister and Royal Palace Minister Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, 1st Vice president of the Senate H.E. Mr. Say Chhum, Deputy Prime minister and Foreign Minister His H.E. Mr. Hor Nam Hong and a number of Government high ranking Officials.
