On November 27, 2011, His Majesty the King granted an audience to HE Mr. Ieu Pannakar, member of the Senate, to his grand-son, Mr. Det Narithy and his young bride, Mrs. Phan Vannipha, and to the members of both families. On this occasion, HM the King granted His blessings to the newly wed couple.
