Mr. Oum Maknorith, Ambassador to the Cabinet of HM the King and a Delegation of the Association of Musicians from the Republic of Korea with Brigadier H.E. Mr. Men Sung Ki as Chairman and Mrs. Ly Chhien He Min Sung Ki, vice-Chairman of the Association of Korean Musicians in Cambodia and Representatives of Ministry of Labor, Human Resources and Vocational Training of the Republic of Korea. The Delegation Offers 5 tons of Rice in contribution to HM the King’ s Humanitarian Action.
