On 1st July 2011, at Khemarin Palace, HM the King granted an audience to a former French Ambassador to the Kingdom H.E. Mr. Gildas le Lidec, and his spouse. H.E. Mr. Gildas le Lidec was accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Kingdom of Cambodia from 1994 to 1998.
