On 19 February 2011 at Khemarin Palace, HM the King welcomed HH Princess Sisowath Phuong Nara and her delegation : Rotary Club Phnom Penh, and the President of Tourism Mr. and Mrs. Song Thoul Fernandez. Mr. and Mrs. Song Thoul Fernandez presented HM the King with a basket of flowers and a painting of APSARA. Mrs. Lity yap and Prof. Eric Mousset, Mr Bruce Haulley and the Club Rotary Phnom Penh presented HM the King with documents and DVD on Rotary Club Phnom Penh’ s activities.
