On 14 February 2011 at Khemarin Palace, HM the King met with a delegation of the Vietnamese Communist Party led by H.E. Mr. Hoang Binh Quan, member of the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Communist Party and Chairman of the Commission of Foreign Relations. H.E. Mr. Hoang Binh Quan is a special envoy of H.E. Mr. Nguyen Phu Truong, Secretary general of the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Communist Party.
