On February 1st, 2011, at Khemarin Palace HM the King met with H.E. Mr. Sok An, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Council of Ministers, and Chairman of APSARA Authority, and APSARA Authority ’s members, followed by a CIC “ Commissiion Internationale de Conservation et de Développement des Sites historiques d’Angkor” delegation led by co-chairmen French Ambassador H.E. Mr Christian Connan, and Japanese Ambassador H.E. Mr. Masafumi Kuroki and the UNESCO Representative to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
