In the afternoon of 10 October 2010 HM the King came back to the Kingdom after an official visit to the People’s Republic of China from 27 September to 10 October 2010. Upon HM the King’s arrival at Phnom Penh international airport, were Senate Chairman Samdech CheaSim, National Assembly President Samdech Heng Samrin, Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen, High Privy Counsellor to HM the King Samdech Norodom Sirivuth, and his spouse, 1st vice President of National Assembly HE Mr. Nguon Nhel, 2nd vice President of National Assembly HE Mr. Say Chhum, deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Mr. Sar Kheng, deputy Prime minister HE Mrs. Men Sam An, deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister H.E. Mr. Keat Chhun, deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Council of Development in Agriculture and Environment HE Mr. Yim Chhay Ly, Chairman of Constitutional Council HE Mr. Ek Sam Ol, Parliamentarians, Members of Royal Family, and Diplomatic Representatives to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
