On Monday August 23, 2010, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni paid a visit to the people of 12 villages of Baray commune, Baray district, Kompong Thom province. His Majesty went to the homes of 8 particularly needy families to which His Majesty gave to each one of them 50 kg of rice, a box of rice vermicelli, a kit including a mosquito net, a blanket, a sarong and a karma.
