On 5 th August 2010 in Khemarin Palace, His Majesty the King greeted His Ex. M. Truong Mealy, former Director of the Cabinet of HM the King-Father and former ambassador of Cambodia to Japan, His Ex M. Tuy Sambatt Ministry of National defense s’Advisor and lok ChumTeav Sok Heang. On this occasion , His Ex M. Tuy Sambatt and lok ChumTeav Sok Heang offered one thousand sarong in contribution to the royal humanitarian action .
