On 28 April 2010 afternoon, His Majesty was presiding over Visak Bochea celebrations in Preah Keo Morokot temple. On this occasion HM the King was accompanied by Samdech Sisowath Chivan Monirak, High privy counsellor to HM the King and 1st vice chairman of the Senate, and spouse, Samdech Sisowath Pong Neary Monipong, High privy counsellor to HM the King, H.E. Mr Kuy Sophal, senior minister in charge of Royal palace Affairs, together with the Royal Family and Palace dignitaries.
