After a warm welcome address, HM the King hands out the keys and land titles to M. Man Chhoeun, Vice governor of Phnom Penh city who then distributes them to the 80 families new owners of the royal donations. Each family received from HM the King : 1 sac of rice, T shirts and 50,000 riels. Each young scout guide receives clothes and 10,000 riels. 1240 students present receive school material. 20 teachers present receive clothes and 20,000 riels.
