On 10 January 2010 HM the King presided over an inaugural ceremony of Khemarak Seksa library in Wat Damnak, Siem Reap province. Attending the ceremony, Samdech Norodom Sirivudh, High counselor to HM the King, and spouse, Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Deputy prime Minister and Minister of the Royal palace, HE. Mr. Sou Phirin, advisor to Prime minister Samdech Hun Sen, and provincial Siem Reap Governor, HE Mr. Chan Sophal, provincial Council chairman, local authorities, and provincial school teachers.
