On July 24, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to Mr. Philippe Peycam, Chairman of the Khmer Studies Center, accompanied by H.E. Mr. Son Soubert, Administrative Counsellor of the Center and of Mrs. Nouth Sophia, Khmer Traditional Dances Project Manager.
