On July 20, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to a delegation of the Hearts Without Boundaries NGO, introduced by HRH Prince Sisowath Thomico and led by Mr. Peter San Bun Chhun, a Cambodian living in the United States. Ms Davik Teng, a young Cambodian child suffering from a congenital heart disease and who was successfully operated at the Los Angeles Children's Hospital, also attended the audience.
