On July 23, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to Mr. Wolfgang Meyer, Representative of the Conrad Adenauer Foundation to Cambodia, accompanied by H.E. Mr. Frank M. Mann, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany and by Cambodian executives of the Foundation.
