On December 15, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, presided over the inauguration ceremony of the Cambodian Red Cross accompanied by its Chairman, H.E. Mrs. Bun Rany Hun Sen. Samdech Akka Mohapadey Decho Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Royal Government, Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Som Ol, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, HRH Samdech Preah Ream Norodom Buppha Dévi, HRH Samdech Preah Anoch Norodom Arunrasmey, members of the Royal Government, of the Cambodian Red Cross and members of the diplomatic corps attended this ceremony.
