To celebrate the 96th Anniversary of the International Women's Day, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to a Delegation of Women from the Ministry of Women Affairs led by her Minister, HE Mrs Ing Kantha Phavy, at the Serei Mongkol Palace on March 4, 2006. On this occasion, the Minister presented the deepest thanks of her Delegation to His Majesty for having accepted that historical audience for her and for all the Cambodian women as well. His Majesty requested the Delegation to convey His warmest wishes to all the women of the Kingdom.
