On 20 January 2024, at the Serey Mongkol Pavilion of the Royal Palace, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI and Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK received a delegation of the Cambodian Oknha Association, led by Neak Oknha Ly Yong Phat, President of the Association, coming to present a contribution of one million USD and two hundred and ten tons of husked rice for Their Majesties’ charitable works.
