On the afternoon of 14 May 2023, a ceremony of sprinkling holy water was organized in front of the Throne Hall, in presence of Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK, on the occasion of the 70th Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI of Cambodia.
