His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI received Mr. Ly Sopheakmony, Director of Gold Dragon Group and the delegation, on 5th December 2016 at Khemarin Palace. On that occasion, Mr. Ly Sopheakmony offered 150 laptops to contribute to the royal humanitarian aides.
