In the morning of 18th November 2016, at the Throne Hall, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI has received the credentials of H.E. Mr. Hidehisa Horinouchi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
