On the 7th November 2016 His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI and Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK of Cambodia presided over the Twentieth Anniversary of the foundation of Preah Sihanouk Hospital, Hope Centre.
