In the morning of 4th May 2013, HM the King was presiding over the Inauguration of a High School of General Knowledge and Technique "Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni High School", located in Kompong Chhnang provincial district of Kompong Tralach. HM the King was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister, Royal Palace Minister Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, 1st Vice Chairman of the Senate H.E. Mr. Say Chhum, 2ndVice Chairman of the Senate H.E.Mr. Tep Ngorn, 1st Vice Chairman of the National Assembly H.E. Mr. Nguon Nhel, Constitutional Council Chairman H.E. Mr. Ek Sam Ol, Deputy Prime Minister, Interior Minister H.E. Mr. Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense H.E. M. Tea Banh, Senior Minister in Charge of Royal Palace Affairs H.E. Mr. Kuy Sophal, and by other high-ranking Officials and local Authorities A budget of 3,451,829 usd was used in the1st phase of construction, in which: - 244,385,00 usd was donated by H.M. the King, - 624,800,00 usd, was donated by H.E. Mr. Nong Duc Manh, Secretary General of the Vietnamese Communist Party, - 422,564,00 usd, was donated by H.E. Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, State President of the Republic Socialist of Vietnam.
