On December 23, 2011, His Majesty the King granted an audience to Lok Chumteav Khek Caimaly Sisoda, Ambassadress Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the People’s Republic of China, Mrs, Zang and his son. Mrs. Zang offered 30 tons of rice for the humanitarian and social activities of His Majesty.
