On 9 August 2011 HM the King visited the needy villagers in Rong Reung commune, Roveang district, province of Preah Vihea. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Senior Minister in charge of the Royal Palace Affairs H.E. Mr. Kuy Sophal, Minister près the Ministry of the Royal Palace H.E. Mr. Chea Horn, Preah Vihea provincial Authorities were among the Royal Escort. At fisrt HM the King visited 4 poor families at their homes and each of them received 50kg of rice, a box of noodles, a kid with bedding and clothes and 50,000 riels of support.
